The Phinney Neighborhood Association has combined its two annual traditions – the Remodeled Home Tour and the Garden Tour – into one new self-guided Home & Garden Tour, set for this Sunday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tour five homes and five beautiful gardens within a two-mile walking radius in the greater Phinney area. Tickets are $12 for PNA members, $15 for non-members, and are available the day of the tour at the PNA at 6532 Phinney Ave. N. or online.
Volunteers staff each home, although some homeowners may be at their homes to tell you about the remodeling process. The home tour part is billed as “real homes for real people,” so it’s not just a Street of Dreams kind of thing.
A Home and Garden art show and sale is held at the same time at the Phinney Center. You can see a preview slide show of the houses and gardens here.
