We got this email from a neighbor who lives near Holman Road:
A group of very young teenagers have been using the walkway behind the medical plaza, Quiznos, Mexican restaurant on Holman Road and the 9700 block of 4th Ave. NW. They smoke marijuana and sometimes have beer. They sprayed graffiti along the back wall a few weeks ago. It has been repainted. Last week four or five of them were dressed alike. Black caps white wife beater undershirts and black pants.They also have been bothering my 74 year old neighbor asking her for money. She is somewhat intimidated by them. As a parent I would want to know if this was my kid. Is it yours?
