by | Apr 21, 2009

The businesses and residents around the corner of 73rd & Linden in East Phinney are holding a community meeting on April 28 to discuss safety and beautification issues for the area that’s just one block off Aurora Avenue.

The meeting is at the new Sugarcomb Salon at 780 N. 73rd St., (you can see just the corner of Sugarcomb on the left, next to the very busy intersection) from 6:30-8 p.m. Special guests: Jim Curtin, Community Traffic Liason; Beth Pflug, Neighborhood District Coordinator; and Historians Paul Dorpat & Greg Lange. “Learn about the history of the intersection and what we can do to make it a safer, more beautiful community location. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.”
