In yet another of a spate of criminal activity in PhinneyWood this week, an alleged bank robber was arrested outside the Washington Mutual Bank branch at the corner of 85th Street and Greenwood Avenue on Wednesday. David Stoesz got it on video and wrote about it on his post on Seattle Weekly.

Update: Just verified – the call to the police came in at 12:15 p.m., Wednesday, according to the duty officer at the Seattle Police Department North Precinct.
