6 townhouses going in at 94th and Fremont

The Seattle Department of Planning and Development has approved a request to subdivide a single parcel of land into six lots in preparation for building townhouses at 707 N. 94th St.

Here’s the summary of the decision and the full report on splitting up the 8,846-square-foot lot into parcels ranging in size from 2,710 square feet to 886 square feet.
