Mayor-Elect Jenny Durkan will take office tomorrow (Tuesday), and she plans to spend much of the afternoon and evening meeting with constituents at five “city halls” across the city, including here at the Phinney Neighborhood Association.
Mayor Durkan will be at the PNA, 6532 Phinney Ave. N., at 7 p.m.
