Wine Pairing Basics

You know the feeling – a special meal or dinner out, and you want everything to be perfect, but what wine should you pair with truffle gravy or Moroccan food? This class takes you through the basic principles of matching wine with food, giving you the confidence to explore by yourself and see what works for you. Samples of different foods will be provided as a way of illustrating the principles discussed, so by the end, you should be able to look at a wine list in a restaurant and order with confidence.
