This 8-session class offers guided mobility work, foam rolling, and expert flexibility coaching in a small group setting.
This course will help you move better, feel looser, and support the strength you’re building in your cardio and strength workouts.
Jazzercise Elevate Recovery is designed to help your body reset, so you can keep showing up strong for your workouts.
This Course series runs Tues/Thurs at the Phinney Center in May 2026, 12:15 – 12:50 pm.
