Tues/Thurs evenings, 5:30 pm
Mon/Wed/Fri mornings, 9:15 am & Saturdays in Greenwood at 8:30 am
Jazzercise classes build muscle & bone density, improve balance, increase cardio vascular fitness, and deliver confidence!
Our joyful classes will leave you feeling lighter, stronger, and happier. With 40 minutes of high-intensity (or low impact, if that’s what you need) dance fitness, followed by strength, stretch, and mobility work, one hour with us will raise endorphins and boost joy!
