World premiere of a documentary “A Dance of Spiritual Life” to show at PNA on April 18th

by | Apr 8, 2025

This show premieres a documentary of Master T.Y. Pang’s historic performance of  “A Dance of Spiritual Life” at the Museum of History and Industry in Seattle. In “A Dance of Spiritual Life”,  Master Pang performed classical and improvisational Tai Chi, Pa Kua and Xing Yi, the three internal Chinese martial arts, that embody his peerless artistry and power.

From 1966 through 2015, Master Pang taught these arts as a living philosophical wisdom to thousands of students in the Pacific Northwest and Hawaii. His sui generis definition of Tai Chi, “Learning how to use your conscious mind to communicate with your autonomic nervous system, thereby improving your physical vitality and bringing about a quiet and peaceful mind”, reflects his profound understanding and teaching.
