The Phinney Neighborhood Association (PNA) is seeking a local company to professionally install high-quality vinyl wraps for 19 signal boxes along Greenwood and Phinney Ave. This project is part of the Reimagining PhinneyWood Signal Boxes initiative, celebrating community, art, and creativity in the PhinneyWood area.
