Young Child Academy, an early childhood education program located at 92nd and Greenwood, has announced they are accepting applications for winter enrollment in their classrooms. Programs are open to children ages 5 months through 6 years old, and the openings are for the 2024/2025 school year in Preschool (2.5 years – 4 years) and PreK (4 years – 6 years) classrooms.
At Young Child Academy, we aim to promote learning by providing a developmentally appropriate program that balances play with structured learning opportunities. We understand that involving students in dance, drama, music, and art has a positive impact on brain development and therefore offer many specialty classes for all age ranges and classrooms.
We incorporate daily arts-based activities to cultivate student creativity, while developing an awareness and appreciation for the visual and performing arts. Daily foreign language and culture classes expose our students to new opportunities and skills at a time when they are most receptive.
