Phinney Ridge Community Council to discuss development of new apartment building at 60th and Phinney on Tuesday

This site at 6010 Phinney Ave N. is currently occupied by Chef Lao, a second hand store, the former dry cleaners and the never-opened Rooster Café. The property is zoned Neighborhood Commercial 55ft height plus elevator shaft.  It is also in a Pedestrian overlay zone which requires canopies and other pedestrian friendly amenities.  It is outside of the designated Urban Village so Greenwood Phinney Design Guidelines are encouraged to be incorporated into the design but not required.  

The potential development of this site has been in the works for over 10 years. The current building permit can be followed here.

The 6010 Phinney Ave N proposal is presented by​ Cone Architecture and Horizon Realty Group

  • Parking in underground garage which is required to be accessed at N 61st St.
