A building listed as 7706 and 7708 Greenwood Ave N, has been deemed a “fall hazard” by the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections. The sidewalk and street parking directly in front of the sagging building have been closed to all foot and vehicle traffic. Adjoining businesses Draft Punk and Advance Nails & Spa have not been affected by this emergency order.

The building owner has been instructed to “have a licensed State of Washington engineer evaluate and stabilize structure.” Anyone noting further shifting of the building or other potential dangers is encouraged to call (206)684-8429.
