Opening Friday, March 25th at Shoreline Community College Theater, Nice Work If You Can Get It is a screwball comedy that first appeared on Broadway in 2012 with Matthew Broderick and Kelli O’Hara. It features beautiful music by the great Gershwin brothers, including “S’Wonderful”, “Someone to Watch Over Me”, “Let’s Call the Whole Thing Off”, and the title song “Nice Work, If You Can Get It”.
The production is being put on by our local community theater group, the Woodland Park Players:
“We’re inviting the Phinney community to support our schools by getting tix and bringing friends, neighbors and family along for this family-friendly Gershwin romp. The show has Phinney area members as: cast, crew and orchestra. Phinney neighbors/community members are in the cast and behind the scenes. Lincoln high school student musicians are playing in the show’s orchestra.“
