If you’re curious about home ownership but aren’t sure how best to prepare, the upcoming Homebuyer Education Courses sponsored by the Washington State Housing Finance Commission are designed to help. In this interactive course, you’ll hear from state certified instructors about the many factors to consider, and the best next steps in your process. Kristen’s goal is that you will walk away from class equipped with knowledge and confidence as you prepare to buy your first home.
These classes are free of charge and taught by qualified instructors who have completed training through the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. Completion of the course qualifies students for down payment assistance through the WSHFC.
