The spring real estate rush is on! And so far, it’s looking great – especially for sellers, but some good opportunities for buyers as well. Prices are up and sale time is down to less than a week. Buyers are enjoying more stable and predictable prices. While we still see multiple offers, we’re not seeing the kind of crazy bidding wars that we characterized the first quarter of last year. With mortgage interest rates still in the mid 6%, some buyers are still proceeding with caution, but when a great home hits the market, it gets a lot of good attention.
