The new Bar Method Phinney Ridge is hiring fitness instructors

The Bar Method, a boutique barre-based fitness studio, is set to open in the new Phinney Flats building this spring – good news in an unsure and challenging time for our business district. They will offer personalized group fitness classes incorporate interval based strength training, cardio, and strategic stretching sequences in a “lively and inclusive atmosphere.”

The Phinney Ridge studio is co-owned by two local residents, both senior Bar Method instructors with a combined eight years of teaching experience: Kat Conlon, a former private equity professional and paralegal, and Mari Neubauer a political consultant and model. From their job posting:

The Bar Method Phinney Ridge is hiring fitness instructors! A premier boutique barre-based fitness studio, the Bar Method Phinney Ridge is seeking outgoing and upbeat individuals interested in becoming fitness instructors. The personalized group fitness classes incorporate interval-based strength training, cardio, and stretching sequences in a lively atmosphere. No prior fitness instruction experience required. Training will occur this summer and fall and instructors will be compensated at a competitive per-class rate with clearly defined benchmarks for pay increases.
