Double your electromagnetic fun at Body by Impulse

by | Jan 17, 2020

Body By Impulse, a personal training center at 7107 Greenwood Ave N, uses a technology which traces its roots from Ancient Egypt to today called electrical muscle stimulation (EMS).  EMS uses electrical impulses to cause muscles to contract, which in turn helps your muscles become stronger. While rare in the US, in present-day Europe it is a mainstream treatment for athletes and weekend warriors alike.

Similarly, Pulse Pro Health uses Pulse Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) as an alternative therapy that creates a gentle, pulsing magnetic field that energizes unhealthy cells and purportedly stimulates the body’s ability to heal itself. PEMF has been shown to be effective at helping gain relief naturally from chronic pain and long term illnesses.

While Pulse Pro Health is located in Ballard, they are offering their therapy for a limited time at Body By Impulse, starting today. You can experience PEMF – and check out Body By Impulse’s beautiful studio if you have yet to – on Thursdays this month and in February as well. All new clients receive their first three for one hour sessions for just $99 and can book directly on their website.
