Residential Solid Waste Pickup Operating on One Day Delay

by | Jan 15, 2020

Seattle Public Utilities contractors will be running normal routes today, January 15, operating on a one-day delay schedule. Drivers will be picking up residential garbage, recycling and food/yard waste pickup from Tuesday customers today. Business and multifamily routes are running on a normal schedule today.

Garbage, recycling and yard/food waste collection is dependent on road and weather conditions for waste collection drivers and on public safety. Any customers missed this week will be allowed to set out double their normal amount of garbage, recycling and yard waste at no additional charge, on their next scheduled collection day.
