Story time and mitten drive this Wednesday at Greenwood Library

by | Nov 9, 2019

Illumination Learning Studios, Family Works and the Seattle Public Library are hosting a special story time about giving thanks and helping our community members in need.

They will be sharing stories about gratitude and MITTENS! Many of our community members are in need of clothes to keep warm. If you’d like to donate a pair of new mittens to a child in need, please bring a pair of mittens with you to story time.

Can’t make this event? Not to worry – Verity Credit Union, The United Methodist Church, and Illumination Learning Studios will also be hosting giving boxes through December 2. Neighbors can donate at any of those sites new hats, gloves/mittens, socks, and scarfs.

Wednesday November 13, 10:15am and 11:15am
Greenwood Branch of Seattle Public Libraries
8016 Greenwood Ave. N
