Programs Represented:
• Washington State Senior Property Tax Exemption: Learn about the new
income eligibility rules beginning in 2020 and how to apply. If you
didn’t qualify for a reduction or exemption on your property taxes in
the past, you may now.
• City of Seattle Major Home Repair Program: You may be eligible for a loan for a major health and safety repair on your house, such as a roof or furnace. There is also a program to weatherize your home. Find out if you qualify.
• PNA Village & Home Sharing: PNA Village helps elders stay remain in their homes as they age. In addition to providing a wide array of services, PNA Village partners with Silver Nest: a home sharing website that connects homeowners with extra space in their homes with renters who want lower-cost housing options. Home sharing offers safety, companionship and sharing of household tasks.
