Presentation on ADHD in adults next Thursday

by | Oct 1, 2019

The CDC estimates that 11 percent of Americans have ADHD. Because our understanding of ADHD has changed so much over the past decades, many adults have never been diagnosed, or even suspect that there’s a reason their brains sometimes seem to work differently than others’.

Join Laurie Dupar, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse, author and ADHD life coach, for this overview presentation on ADHD in adults. Learn how to recognize it in yourself or others, what to do if you suspect it might be ADHD, and how to create new ways to get things done.

Thursday October 10, 1 – 2pm
Greenwood Senior Center, 525 N. 85th St.
Please RSVP: 206.297.0875.
