Setsuko Tenaka, owner and chef of Modern Japanese Cuisine here in Phinney, is teaching 4 pastry classes this fall. The classes are small and hands-on, kid-friendly, and best of all you can take your creations home to share with family and friends.
The class fee of $65 includes a Setsuko Pastry original recipe, all ingredients, and Japanese organic tea service.
