Have something broken you can’t part with? Bring it to the Fixer’s Collective tomorrow

by | Sep 3, 2019

In an era of planned obsolescence and rampant waste, our neighborhood has a special collective dedicated to saving items seemingly destined for the landfill. The idea is just to take a moment before throwing something away to figure out if you can save it and prevent yourself from having to buy a replacement. It’s also an excellent way to learn how things work and just enjoy some good company. Remember: You can’t break what’s already broken!

The PNA Fixers Collective is an informal group of folks who meet up every 1st Wednesday at Greenwood Hardware from 6-8pm, simply for the fun of taking stuff apart, putting it back together again, and maybe even fixing some things in the process. Kids welcome! Learn more about the Fixers.

Wednesday September 4, 6-8pm
Greenwood Hardware, 7201 Greenwood Ave N
