All seven of the council’s district seats, including our D6 seat currently held by Mike O’Brien, are up for election. The top two vote-getters in each race will advance to the November 5 general election.

In King County, voters will decide on an $810 million parks levy and a $345 million Evergreen hospital levy. All Seattle voters will weigh in on a $219 million library levy.

Ballot Boxes are open until 8pm today, with the closest to Phinney-Greenwood at Green Lake Community Center. A complete map can be found here.

Not registered to vote yet? No problem, as this is the first local election to employ same-day voter registration.
