The Design Review Recommendation Meeting for the 96-unit assisted living facility coming to 10002 Holman Rd. NW is set for 6:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 22, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
The six-story Aegis Carkeek Park also will have retail space at ground level and parking for 46 vehicles. The existing structures will be demolished.
