Comment on site planning and design issues for townhouses to replace A-1 Pianos building

by | Oct 3, 2018

Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections is conducting Streamlined Design Review (meaning no public meeting) for the housing development that will replace the building where A-1 Pianos is now, at 7020 Greenwood Ave. N. The developer plans a three-story, six-unit townhouse building with no parking. The existing building will be demolished.
Even though there won’t be a public meeting, you can comment on design and site planning issues through Oct. 15 by emailing [email protected]. Be sure and mention project #3032397-EG.
