The Phinney Neighborhood Association is conducting a community survey as it embarks on a strategic planning process for its next few years. Whether you use the PNA or not, everyone is invited to take the survey from now through Sept. 30, and be entered into a drawing for $100 at your choice of Ken’s Market or Greenwood Hardware.
