Developers apply for rezone for proposed apartment project at 320 N. 85th St.

The developers for the planned apartment building at 320 N. 85^th St. have applied for City Council Land Use Action to rezone the parcel from Neighborhood Commercial 2 with a 40-foot height limit to a 65 foot height limit.
The plan is for a six-story, 203-unit apartment building with retail and parking for 126 vehicles. The existing building, currently housing All That Dance, will be demolished.

The project also must undergo environmental determination.
