The developers for the planned apartment building at 320 N. 85th St. have applied for City Council Land Use Action to rezone the parcel from Neighborhood Commercial 2 with a 40-foot height limit to a 65 foot height limit.
The plan is for a six-story, 203-unit apartment building with retail and parking for 126 vehicles. The existing building, currently housing All That Dance, will be demolished.
You can comment on the planned rezone until June 20 by emailing [email protected]. Be sure and reference project # 3026708-LU.
The project had its first Design Review in February. You can see that initial design proposal here.
The project also must undergo environmental determination.
