Daily Journal of Commerce: Two large real estate deals in Greenwood

by | May 2, 2018

The Daily Journal of Commerce reports today on two real estate deals in Greenwood.
The Ould Triangle tavern, 9736 Greenwood Ave. N., has been sold for more than $2 million. Seattle Department of Construction & Inspections shows an application for three townhouses and two live-work units, with two in-structure parking spaces. The existing building will be demolished.

And the Dean Apartments building, 145 N. 84th St., has been sold for more than $3 million. SDCI doesn’t show any development applications for that site.

Thanks to Larry, Sue and Rebecca for the tips, and to Rebecca for the photos!
