Reminder: Design Review Board Recommendation Meeting for proposed apartment complex at 8612 Palatine Ave. N. is Monday

by | Mar 2, 2018

Just a reminder that on March 5 the NW Design Review Board will make its recommendations for the seven-story apartment building proposed for 8612 Palatine Ave. N., which is currently an empty lot across the street from the Sedges apartments.
The building will have 141 units above retail space, with parking for 91 vehicles.
You can email comments about site planning and design issues through March 2 to [email protected]. Be sure and mention project #3026306.
The recommendation meeting is at 6:30 p.m. Monday, March 5, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
This project is adjacent to another project of a six-story, 48-unit apartment building with retail on the bottom and no parking that is proposed for the corner of Palatine and North 87th Street. The Design Review Board Recommendation Meeting for that project is March 19.
