The Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.
On the agenda:
- Updates on proposed developments
- Land use policy reports, including: Backyard Cottage Environmental Impact Statement, Design Review revisions, HALA upzones proposal, and neighborhood parking
- Discussion of neighborhood survey on automobile use
- Discussion on Envisioning the Future of Phinney Ridge
PRCC also will be collecting socks for donation to homeless shelters.
