Phinney Ridge Community Council meets Tuesday to discuss developments, parking survey results

Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Center, 6532 Phinney Ave. N.

On the agenda:

  • Updates on several developments in the works, including Phinney Flats at 6726 Phinney Ave. N. (which was approved by the city but appealed by a neighborhood group called Livable Phinney, with the decision still pending); Shared Roof at 7009 Greenwood Ave. N.; and two sets of townhouses proposed for Phinney Avenue North near North 65th Street, including one slated to replace the one-story retail building at 6417 Phinney Ave. N.
  • Proposed parking amendment for the city’s Comprehensive Plan.
  • Results of the recent Phinney-Greenwood parking survey.
