Made Sewing Studio and Mori Sushi on 85th broken into early Saturday

by | Jun 13, 2017

Made Sewing Studio owner Carisa Brunner tells me her business and Mori Sushi, both at 101 N. 85th St., were broken into about 5 a.m. Saturday. Made’s door was broken into with a crowbar. Surveillance video shows the thief rifling through her desk and closets and stealing a television. The man then went downstairs and stole Mori’s cash register.
Police found the building’s front door open and the back door propped open. The thief also cut the cable television lines, apparently thinking they were for the surveillance cameras.
These two short videos show the thief wearing a makeshift mask. If anyone recognizes him or has any information, please call Seattle Police and reference case number 17-208097.
