The Northwest Design Review Board will give its recommendation for the proposed project at 9701 Aurora Ave. N. at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, June 5, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.
The project will be a six-story, 220,000 square foot self-storage facility with an office, caretaker’s unit, and parking for 15 vehicles. The existing building (Gold’s Gym) will be demolished.
