Greenwood Apartments at 9039 Greenwood Ave. N. granted conditional approval for design and environmental reviews

The Department of Construction and Inspections has granted Design Review and Environmental Review with conditions for the project proposed for 9039 Greenwood Ave. N., where the Greenwood Food Bank used to be.

The project will be a six-story building with 78 apartments, six live-work units, and parking for 44 vehicles. The existing building will be demolished. The new building will be called Greenwood Apartments. You can see the design proposal here.

Appeals of the decision must be received by the Hearing Examiner by May 8.
