Design Review recommendation meeting for 9701 Aurora Ave. N. postponed from Feb. 6 to March

The Design Review Board Recommendation meeting for the self-storage facility proposed for 9701 Aurora Ave. N. that was originally scheduled for Feb. 6, has been postponed. Seattle Land Use Planner Carly Guillory says the project’s architect requested the postponement. The meeting has been tentatively rescheduled for March 20.
The planned project will be a six-story, 220,000 square foot self-storage facility with an office and a caretaker’s unit, plus parking for 15 vehicles. The current building will be demolished.
