Neighborcare Greenwood clinic to close at end of November

by | Nov 22, 2016

Neighborcare Health will stop seeing patients at its Greenwood clinic after Nov. 30. After that, patients can see their provider at Neighborcare Health at Meridian in the Meridian Center for Health at 10521 Meridian Ave. N., just north of North Seattle College. Established Neighborcare Health patients can still make appointments at the Greenwood clinic, at 415 N. 85th St., through Nov. 30.

At Meridian Center for Health, patients of all ages have access to multiple integrated health care services in one location just up the road from Greenwood. Services include medical care, dental care, behavioral health services (mental health counselling and substance use services), WIC and other support services for pregnant women, moms and young children.
To make an appointment at Neighborcare Health at Meridian or for questions about other services at the Meridian Center for Health, people can call 206-296-4990.

Greenwood clinic patients were originally supposed to switch to the Meridian clinic when it opened in January, but administrators decided to keep the Greenwood clinic open two days a week while they assessed patient needs.
