Early Design Guidance meeting Nov. 21 for Downtown Emergency Services Center proposal for 99-unit building on North 96th Street

The Northwest Design Review Board will hold an Early Design Guidance meeting on Nov. 21 for the proposed Downtown Emergency Services Center building at 937 N. 96th St. The six-story building will have 99 studio apartments with support services for homeless men and women living with disabilities, including a community dining room and small computer lab. Parking will be provided for four staff vehicles at ground level.

The meeting is at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 21, at the Ballard Community Center, 6020 28th Ave. NW, in the Sunset/Captain Ballard Room.

The design proposal is not yet available.
