Naked City Brewery will celebrate its 8th anniversary from noon to midnight Saturday with live bluegrass and folk music from 3-Play Ricochet and Simon Kornelis, plus a petting zoo with Madison Grove Farms.
The petting zoo will run from 12-3 p.m. with miniature horses, goats, rabbits and a small donkey. Bluegrass band 3-Play Ricochet takes the stage in the Screening Room at 3 p.m., followed at 6 p.m. by folk singer-songwriter Simon Kornelis.
Founding Brewer Don Webb brewed 19 tasty draft beers for the day including three headliners: The Grapes of Wrath, a Belgian Style dark cherry sour ale aged in Temperanillo wine barrels for 15 months; The Big Lebrewski, Naked City’s award-winning white Russian imperial stout, and The Can in Black, a black malt liquor inspired by Johnny Cash and brewed in collaboration with Cash Brewing.
Naked City is at 8564 Greenwood Ave. N. and is open to all ages.
