The sixth annual GiveBIG, a one-day online charitable giving event by the Seattle Foundation, is tomorrow (Tuesday), and numerous neighborhood nonprofits are asking for your donations.
The Seattle Foundation “stretches” all donations on Tuesday by about $1 million total. In our neighborhood, you can give to the Phinney Neighborhood Association, Greater Seattle Bureau of Fearless Ideas, Seattle ReCreative, Woodland Park Zoo, Music Center of the Northwest, Cancer Lifeline, and more.
While the official GiveBIG day is Tuesday, you can go online now and schedule your donation for tomorrow. Go to the GiveBIG webpage and search for your preferred nonprofit.
