Comment on environmental issues for 6726 Greenwood Ave N project through March 16

by | Mar 3, 2016

The proposed development at 6726 Greenwood Ave. N., which would replace the building currently housing Ed’s Kort Haus and The Stumbling Goat restaurant, has changed slightly to reduce the number of residential units by one and the number of live/work units by one, and increase the amount of retail space by about 900 square feet, to 3,900 square feet on the ground floor. Phinney Flats will have no parking.
You can comment on environmental impacts of the proposal through March 16.
The project has already undergone two Early Design Guidance meetings.
