2 Phinney residents advance to District swim meet with Ballard High team

Phinney Ridge residents Rory Carlson and Matthew Reddoch will compete at the District swim meet this weekend after excelling at the Metro Championships last weekend. Carlson is a senior and team captain; Reddoch is a freshman.

Carlson placed first in both the 50 and 100 freestyle, and was a member of the sixth-place 200 freestyle relay team. Reddoch will compete in the 100 butterfly at Districts, and will be the alternate for both the 200 medley relay and the 400 freestyle replay.
