The building, at the corner of North 90th Street and Phinney Avenue North, will have a new address of 325 N. 90th St. The project is under Streamlined Design Review. You can comment on site planning and design issues through Feb. 10 by emailing [email protected]; reference project number 3021901. This will be the only opportunity to comment on this project.

Construction crews are currently building two three-story townhouse structures at 526 N. 105th St. The five-unit building will have attached garages; the four-unit building will have surface parking. The site is adjacent to several other multi-family structures.
