The Phinney Neighborhood Association is asking neighbors to take a short survey asking how it is doing as a community organization.
All participants who list their names will be entered into a drawing to win $20 to be spent at the Phinney Farmers Market, which is from 3-7 p.m. Fridays in the upper parking lot of the PNA.
