The Phinney Ridge Community Council meets at 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Phinney Neighborhood Association, 6532 Phinney Ave. N. with special guest speaker Tom Whittemore, the Northwest District Coordinator for Seattle’s Department of Neighborhoods. Whittemore will discuss zoning and development in our neighborhood.
The PRCC also will discuss candidates and issues in the November election.
