Update: Both cats have been found safe and sound!

Earlier: Alison tells us that her female grey cat, Rauch, is missing from Greenwood Avenue and North 80th street. She was last seen Saturday afternoon.

We don’t expect she has gone far but may be trapped in a basement or shed nearby. She likes to crawl in small dark places and may have done so during the storm on Saturday night. Please check your basement if you live near. No collar but she is microchipped. Very friendly and vocal. Please contact Phinney Ridge Animal Hospital or call 206-478-6393 if you have any information.

Megan says her sister’s cat, Mordor, also disappeared from home on Saturday, at Phinney Avenue and North 61st Street. She’s an indoor cat and not used to being outside, and has no tag or collar. Mordor is black with yellow eyes. If you’ve seen her, please call 206-714-1354.
