Welcome to ‘Phinney Peninsula’

University of Washington planner Jeffrey Linn has created a map of what he believes Seattle would look like if all the world’s ice sheets melted at the same time, catastrophically rising water levels by 240 feet.
But, here on the Phinney Peninsula, as Lin calls it, it looks like we’re safe. And we’ll have waterfront property on the Bay of Ballard.
