PhinneyWood neighborhood artist Kim David Hall will be featured on tonight’s KCTS’ PIE program, which features interesting tidbits about life and culture in the Pacific Northwest. Hall creates polymer sculptures for a living, but he’s being featured on PIE because of his eclectic art-filled home.
